Students from USD volunteered at our reception desk, with our lunch program and with crafts and ceramics classes. USD students worked one-on-one with BCC members and other volunteers and helped participants have a lot of fun this semester. Thank you for your time and laughter.
Delta Gamma Sorority at San Diego State University
Not only did San Diego State University Delta Gamma members volunteer on site at the BCC all semester, they held a fundraiser and made a generous donation. Delta Gamma volunteers cheerfully helped our crafters and volunteered at events like our Pancake Breakfast fundraiser. They also worked on hats and scarves for our December Nights fundraiser. Thank you, Ladies, we are so very grateful for all of you and your happy attitudes.
San Diego State Psychology Department
Eight SDSU Psychology students volunteered 40 hours each from February through May at the BCC. They eagerly helped crafters with their projects and worked side by side with BCC participants. They also helped with the lunch program and in many other areas at the BCC, including December Nights hats and scarves. Several students volunteered well over 40 hours.
