Eligibility Criteria:
All blind, legally blind or visually impaired persons who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to become BCC members.
To be a member, eligible persons must pay a $40 annual participation fee Please call 619-298-5021 ext 208. Leave your name and number and we will call you back and answer any questions you may have.
